1. Order Cut-Off Time Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 AM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
2. Processing & Delivery Time Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time
- Processing Time: 1–5 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–14 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–19 Business Days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and external factors.
3. Shipping Cost & Coverage
- Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders
- Delivery Areas: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand
We currently ship only to the countries listed above. We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment. Tracking updates may take a few days depending on the courier.
5. Address Changes & Order Cancellations Address Changes: We are unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been processed. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible.
If the package was delivered in your absence or appears lost, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can assist you.
7. Delays & Exceptions While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays
- High order volumes
- Customs clearance procedures
- Courier-related issues
These delays are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
