1. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT+8, Hong Kong Standard Time).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. Processing & Transit Time

To provide you with a clear timeline, please note:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time: 4–12 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–15 Business Days.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on customs clearance or local courier factors.

3. Shipping Cost & Delivery Areas

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders. No hidden fees or surprises at checkout.

  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship to Hong Kong, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure your package arrives safely.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has been processed or shipped.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the item is in the hands of the courier, it can no longer be canceled.

6. Taxes and Duties

  • Sales Tax: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of sales tax. You will not be charged extra taxes at checkout.

  • Import Duties: For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refused or Uncollected Packages

Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery. If a package is refused or remains uncollected and is returned to us, a $30.00 handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please take photos and contact us at info@caayshop.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
