Refund policy

At Caay Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a transparent return and refund process under the following terms:

1. Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unused).

  • With all original tags and in its original packaging.

  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or perfume scents.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, Caay Shop will bear the return shipping costs. Please provide clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

  • For Customer Remorse (Change of mind/Incorrect size): If you wish to return an item due to personal preference or an error in size selection, the customer will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

4. Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us first at info@caayshop.com.

  1. Provide your Order Number (#XXXX) and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
    Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy & Timeline

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns. However, if an order is uncollected or refused and returned to us, a handling fee of $30.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personal care goods (if opened or seals broken).

  • Final sale or clearance items.
